The nutrients go where there suppose to go with better absorption of the&amp;nbsp;vitamins from fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans and other raw food.&amp;nbsp;Your body goes through a&amp;nbsp;detoxification&amp;nbsp;and is&amp;nbsp;replenished and you will feel better and look better with&amp;nbsp;younger looking skin. When I first tackled the raw food diet&amp;nbsp;I looked for all the information I could before hand. I have now been on it for a month&amp;nbsp;and a half&amp;nbsp;now (about 60% raw) and have lost fifteen pounds!             <title>I woke up this morning...</title>

            <description>This morning I got up feeling a little blue-It is Saturday and typically&amp;nbsp;on Saturday mornings I have an omlet or pancakes with maple syrup and a couple strips of bacon with a cup of coffee1 and half sugar and a little cream. The feeling that when I reached my goal I could have some, didn't make me feel any better. Then I had an idea-Since today was usually the day I enjoyed delicious&amp;nbsp;food I wasn't going to change it up too much.I wasn't going to deprive myself today I would have a big breakfast! I used a romain leaf and filled it with&amp;nbsp; cucumbers cubed, with tomatoes cubed, avocado cubed, a couple walnuts and a&amp;nbsp;sunflower seeds sprinkled on top&amp;nbsp;and of course my homemade salsa sauce and yes hot sauce. Then I tied it up with a a couple of chives.&amp;nbsp;I usually&amp;nbsp;cut up all in a salad bowl&amp;nbsp;overnight anyway. Well&amp;nbsp;I guess I did change it up&amp;nbsp;-It was a lot healthier than my bacon and eggs and it was delicious! Try it!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;I had a wonderful fruit smoothie with 1 banana, a few straw berries and lemon juice. I was full!&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Warm wishes, Erin</description>
