I am really interested in helping people who are trapped in a body that makes then feel sad and depressed. I have found the Raw food diet and have lost nine pounds in less than a month. That may not sound like much but it is a start. It is slowly melting off me and I am feeling better each day. Did you have a good day?           

 

If you answered yes you don’t need to evaluate it too much… you know why you had a good day. Maybe you had ice cream with your favorite friend or you got an “A” on a report, maybe you got a promotion at work or maybe you just had a good day alone in peace.

 

If you answered no well… maybe it was a boring day or you felt ill. Or maybe you had a terrible breakup with your mate or an accident. These things happen and that’s ok.
