This morning I got up feeling a little blue-It is Saturday and typically on Saturday mornings I have an omlet or pancakes with maple syrup and a couple strips of bacon with a cup of coffee1 and half sugar and a little cream. The feeling that when I reached my goal I could have some, didn't make me feel any better. Then I had an idea-Since today was usually the day I enjoyed delicious food I wasn't going to change it up too much.I wasn't going to deprive myself today I would have a big breakfast! I used a romain leaf and filled it with cucumbers cubed, with tomatoes cubed, avocado cubed, a couple walnuts and a sunflower seeds sprinkled on top and of course my homemade salsa sauce and yes hot sauce. Then I tied it up with a a couple of chives. I usually cut up all in a salad bowl overnight anyway. Well I guess I did change it up -It was a lot healthier than my bacon and eggs and it was delicious! Try it!
I had a wonderful fruit smoothie with 1 banana, a few straw berries and lemon juice. I was full!
