Hi my name is Erin and I would like to help You feel better and look great! If you wake up and have a hard time looking and feeling good in the morning because of your weight then keep reading? Do you get dressed and seconds later change your clothes because they were too tight. Do you try endlessly dieting week after week with short term results or none at all? Then maybe we can help each other.

I am married and have three kids 8, 11, and 14 whom I love dearly and I would like to have the energy to continue to enjoy them for many years to come. 

Although I have been struggling with my weight for a few years, I now think I have found something that could end all that.

I did some research and I discovered The Raw food lifestyle. Since I hadn’t tried it before I dug some more and found there was a lot of people out there that lived this lifestyle every day. I found it helped you maintain a healthy weight and helped your body in a lot of other ways too. Better skin, mood and more energy- exactly what I needed! I looked at the list of foods and went out and bought foods like vegetables and fruits and nuts etc.

 I was tired of the extra 25-30 pounds that had been sitting around my middle, upper arms and thighs and I was looking for anything that would help me.

Monday morning I started with much enthusiasm! I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast, nuts for a snack, veggie smoothie, applesauce for lunch and I snacked on miniature carrots in the afternoon. For diner I made myself a cabbage taco with beans and peppers, tomato and cayenne pepper. I drank a few glasses of water and I felt full by the end of the day. It wasn’t that difficult except I didn’t really like the veggie smoothie. But after different variations by experimenting I made my veggie smoothies tastier. The first three days were... let’s just say different from how I usually ate. I had a lot of smoothies, vegetables and fruits; and nuts, avocado and some fruits I hadn't ever tried before. Three days later I stepped on the scale and I smiled. I had finally found something that I felt would help me lose the weight and start me on a path to eating better! This was definitely the right change for me. To go an entire day without being hungry and I could eat whatever fruit of vegetable I wanted!

So now I would like to help you to lose the weight like I am and keep it off. I am 9 pounds down and it may not seem like a lot for only a month but it has stayed off and even though I am not one hundred percent eating raw, I have incorporated more vegetables and fruits into my diet and I feel like my body functions better. I have actually started jogging because I have more energy!

Now I am on a mission to find like individuals who have reached the point in their lives like I have and want to say goodbye to the fat, to take off the weight, and eat healthier. Individuals like you that want to have more energy and feel better! Why because I struggled for so long and now I have found something that is working for me and I want it to work for you too.  It’s about feeling good about you. I will help you lose it and keep it off. So let’s get started…

 I realized I had to change my thinking so... first off I decided that I would never say the word dieting again!

I am not 100% eating raw but I have felt better now incorporating more of these foods in my diet. Yes I do on occasion cheat but my weight is the same. Nine pounds down!

Don’t step on the scale after dieting a week and find that you were actually heavier than the week before? I lived with that week after week and I would ask myself; Was it the cookies I ate on Thursday or maybe the tiny handful of potato chips I had on Friday night while watching a movie with my husband and kids? This would go through my mind and then I would think... It's not fair -I suffered a whole week on that diet! Week after week I tried to diet and failed miserably. For the first time in many years of dieting I am taking off the weight naturally.
