Feel Better!

Today I feel better! Why? Because I have been eating "raw" for six months! I started out with a vision to
change my eating habits for the better so I could lose some weight and feel better. Since I have lost about 15 pounds and I feel much more comfortable in my clothes and more confident in all that I do. I am not 100% raw but I am happy that I stick to my 75% raw.
