    The Finish
  1. Blot your hair with a towel. Do not scrub or vigorously rub your hair to remove the excess moisture. Doing so roughs up the cuticle of the hair and can cause frizziness.
  2. If your hair normally takes a long time to dry, wrap a towel tightly around it and leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes to absorb moisture.
  3. Use a wide toothed comb to gently remove tangles. Don’t tug because hair will stretch and break more easily when it is wet.
