How to Shampoo Your Hair
Your hair can become dull and lack luster

Symptoms of unhappy hair...

- Brush tangles out before you shampoo.
- ompletely wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
- Place a small amount of shampoo in your hand.
- Rub your hands together to into a lather.
- Apply the shampoo rubbing gently with your fingertips from front to back.
- Massage gently rubbing in circular motions for about one minute.
- Rinse your hair moving and separating in sections until it is rinsed thoroughly.
- In some cases you may feel that the hair may need an extra shampoo to remove products like hairspray etc.
- Remember to Rinse thoroughly.
Condition
- Squeeze out excess water.
- Place a small amount of conditioner in your hand.
- Rub your hands together to apply.
- Apply the conditioner starting at the front hairline and working back to the crown and the back.
- Use a wide toothed comb to comb the conditioner through your hair.
- Leave it on for the recommended time.
- Rinse thoroughly, separating your hair so that the water gets through it all.
- The Finish
- Blot your hair with a towel. Do not scrub or vigorously rub your hair to remove the excess moisture. Doing so roughs up the cuticle of the hair and can cause frizziness.
- If your hair normally takes a long time to dry, wrap a towel tightly around it and leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes to absorb moisture.
- Use a wide toothed comb to gently remove tangles. Don’t tug because hair will stretch and break more easily when it is wet.
